Strawberry cupcakes





*Ingredients

°120g caster sugar
°2 eggs
°1/2 packet of baking powder
°120g flour
°150 g strawberries
°4 cl milk
°4 cl vanilla flavor
°80g butter

*Ingredients for topping

°150g mascarpone
°50g icing sugar
° 2 cl of liquid vanilla flavoring
°10 cl of liquid cream

*Preparation

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C
2nd step
Place the eggs and sugar in a bowl and beat until frothy.
Step 3
Melt the butter then add it to the bowl with the milk, vanilla, flour and baking powder. Blending to obtaining homogeneous mixture.
Step 4
Add the strawberries cut into small cubes to the preparation.
Step 5
Divide the batter into the molds and put in the oven.
Step 6
While cooking, mix in a bowl: mascarpone, liquid vanilla, icing sugar and fresh cream then mix.
Step 7
Once the cakes have cooled, use a piping bag to decorate the cupcakes with the frosting.
