*Ingredients:
°15 brussels sprouts, halved lengthwise
°11⁄2 tablespoons butter
°11⁄2 tablespoons olive oil
°3 garlic clove
°Fresh Parmesan cheese (optional)
°salt to taste
°pepper to taste
*Methods:
Melting butter also olive oil in skillet (over medium-high heat) to butter is foamy.
Reduce heat to, adding crush garlic also cooking to lightly browned.
Remove and discard the garlic.
