Sweet-Potato-Pie




*Ingredients:

°450 g sweet potatoes (1 pound)
°2 eggs
°120 ml milk (1/2 cup)
°200g white sugar (1 cup)
°115g butter (1/2 cup)
°1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
°1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
°1 teaspoon vanilla extract
°1 pie crust
+To boil the water

Baking sweet potatoes with the skin on for 40-50 minutes
Pass them under cold water, and peel them
Heat the oven to 180°C (350°F)
Purée them in a bowl, and add the butter
Mix well
Adding sugar, milk, eggs, nutmeg, cinnamon also vanilla
Beat with a mixer until you get a homogeneous mixture
Line a mold with the dough
Pour the mixture
Cook 1 hour
Leave to cool before serve
