*Ingredients
°1 tablespoon oil
°3 tablespoons of butter
°1 pound potatoes, cutting to wedges
°1 pound steak )
°salt & pepper
°4 garlic cloves
°1 pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
*Directions:
Heat oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat, add potatoes and cook until lightly browned on all sides, about 15 minutes, before setting aside.
Adding steak, season with salt & pepper to taste, to skillet and cooking on medium-high heat to brown on all sides, for 10 min.
Adding garlic & red pepper flakes & cooking until fragrant, for one minute.
