Hamburger Steak with Onions & Gravy



*INGREDIENTS

°forty g (1/2 cup) panko breadcrumbs
°60 ml (1/4 cup) milk
°675 g (1 1/2 lb) medium-lean ground beef
°2 eggs, beaten
°7.five ml (1 1/2 tsp.) smoked candy paprika
°five ml (1 tsp) cracked black pepper
°30 ml (2 tbsp.) butter
°2 onions, minced
°30 ml (2 tbsp.) cider vinegar
°500 ml (2 cups) beef broth
°30 ml (2 tbsp.) darkish toasted flour
°15 ml (1 tbsp.) sauce
°15 ml (1 tbsp.) organized mustard

*PREPARATION
