Sloppy Joe Sandwich





*The ingredients of the recipe
 
°500g lean ground beef (less than 10�t)*
°1 yellow onion, diced
°1 green bell pepper, diced
°180g tomato puree
°2 tablespoons cider vinegar
°1 tablespoon brown sugar
°1 tablespoon of honey
°2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
° a some pinch nyora (chili flakes)
°1 small can red kidney beans, drained
°ground pepper
°4 whole wheat hamburger buns or whole wheat wraps
°a few lettuce leaves
 
*Preparing the recipe

Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat with a little olive oil.
Fry until the meat begins to brown and add the bell pepper and onion.
Stirring occasionally, to mix begins to soften.
After 5-10 min, add the tomato puree also stirring into meat, then addng vinegar, brown sugar, honey, mustard & nyora.
Add the beans, salt and pepper, then bring to the boil and cook until the sauce thickens.
To serve:
Toast the burger bun or the wrap, place the beef, a little salad and close the sandwich.
To go with :
A green salad or sautéed broccoli.
