NUTTER-BUTTER-LASAGNA




* Ingredients : 

°1 box hazelnut butter cookies
°Cool Whip or whip your own cool whipped cream (1 cup cream plus a drop of sugar for extra sweetness)
°peanut butter cup
°½ c peanut butter, melt in microwave
°1 box instant or regular vanilla pudding, prepared accorde to pack

Line the bottom of an 8x8 pan with hazelnut butter cookies. Garnish with a drizzle of melted peanut butter. Add ½ the pudding. Add half of the cream. (I like to use a piping bag so it looks pretty, but you can roll it out if you prefer.) Topping with chop peanut butter c. Repeat layering. Decorate the top with crushed hazelnut butter cookies, peanut butter cups and a drizzle of peanut butter. This needs to be chilled overnight for the cookies to soften. We're talking 24 hours or more - a little trick to speed up softening... Cut the cookies in half lengthwise (don't worry about the cream) and spread them in half. Or you can even chop the cookies and use chopped cookies in the layers!
