Ingredients

2 massive eggs

1 pound minced meat

1 teaspoon minced garlic

½ pound Italian sausage

forty eight oz. Spaghetti sauce (your favourite sauce)

three c. shredded mozzarella cheese

15 oz. Ricotta cheese (or cottage cheese)

3/4 c. grated parmesan cheese

2 teaspoons dried parsley or four tablespoons freshly chopped

12 lasagna noodles

¼ c. water

Half a teaspoon of pepper

Half a teaspoon of salt

Easy lasagna recipe

Step 1: Cook beef and sausage in a massive skillet over medium heat. Strain off the extra grease while you are finished and eliminate it.

Step 2: Add the minced garlic and spaghetti sauce to the skillet, then permit it simmer for five mins.
