Chicken and dumplings





*Ingredients:

°4 skinless chicken breasts
°1 can of chicken broth
°2 cans of cream of chicken, grated celery, chopped carrots
°1/2 can of peas
°1/2 onion bacon, crumbled, parsley, garlic, salt & pepper powder
°1 can of crackers, peeled

*Method:

Placing chicken breasts in bottom of slow cooker
Pour the broth and the chicken cream over it
Add carrots, celery and onions.
Adding garlic powder, salt, pepper & parsley flakes on top
Cook over high heat for 3 hours
The chicken  chopped. Adding chicken back with some crumbled bacon & peas, stir.
Cut the unbaked cookies and put them in the pan. I divide each roll into about 3 parts and put them on top.
Continue cook for about an hour on the highest setting or until cooked through.
