"Apple Butter Apple Butter"




*Ingredients :

°4 apples
°cinnamon
°1/2 tsp. c. of "four-spice"
°1 C. at s. almond butter
°1 C. at s. cider vinegar
°70 g of maple syrup
°1 pinch of salt :
°1 English muffin
°1 banana
°a few pomegranate seeds
°cinnamon

*Steps :

1. Peel and core the apples, then roughly chop them.

2. In a large saucepan, pour the apples, maple syrup, cider vinegar and spices. Adding water & simmer for 20 min, covered, on heat. Once apples are soft, removing from the heat.

3. Placing apples in blender (tolerant to heat) adding 1 tbsp.. Mix!

4. Once the butter is creamy, transfer it to an airtight jar. Your apple butter will keep for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.

5. And for even more delicacies, here is a presentation suggestion: cut your English muffin in half and spread generously on each inner side.

6. Then add banana slices, a few pomegranate seeds and sprinkle with cinnamon.
